A bizarre case of animal neglect in Jackson County as two people are facing charges after authorities discovered 100 dead cats in a broken freezer, and about 20 neglected cats in a town of Northfield home.
About 100 dead cat carcasses were found in a non-functioning garage freezer and 17 neglected cats and kittens were seized.
