NO RAIN, NO GAIN

It has been an extremely wet start to June so far.

It seems like we’ve received at least some rain every day the past few weeks.

According to the National Weather Service out of La Crosse, we’ve had around 4-inches of rain so far this month (we think we've had more than that). That’s very close to what we typically get for the whole month.

There’s more rain in the forecast today, but we should dry out for Wednesday. Meteorologists chalk it up to a stationary front in Iowa, and something called a “cut-off” low pressure system in the Rockies, which has been feeding moisture our way.
