IT MIGHT NOT BE THAT LONG BEFORE CLARK COUNTY HOSTS FTD AGAIN

It had been 23 years since Clark County hosted the show, but it seems doubtful it will be that long before we host again. Clark County Executive Committee secretary Matt Jorgensen reiterated that he wasn’t always excited about the county hosting the event, but after experiencing such a smooth show, he thought the county may be ready to host again in as little as 10 years.
"It's been a fantastic three days - a very quick three days," Jorgensen said. "Just seeing how all points of the county have come together, honestly, I think we could pull this off in ten to fifteen years again."
Jorgensen spoke for many of the volunteers when he described Thursday's closing atmosphere as "bittersweet".
"We've been doing this a long time and it's time to move on now. It's bittersweet when the fields are turned back into fields and the vendors are gone."
