ALTOONA MAN BOUND OVER ON MURDER CHARGE

An Altoona man accused of murdering his live-in girlfriend is headed to trial.
Authorities say Greg Gubernot murdered his girlfriend Theresa Still and then hid the body in rural Adams County.
Tuesday, a judge determined there was enough evidence to bind the case over for trial.
Among the evidence presented Tuesday, investigators testified surveillance video shows Gubernot driving Theresa Still's car the same morning her daughter reported her missing.
Still's car turned up at Target in Eau Claire two days later and her DNA was found in the trunk.
