NEILLSVILLE FD CALLED TO SHED FIRE

The Neillsville Fire Department was called to the scene of a shed fire Monday night.
According to Fire Chief Matt Meyer, the crew was dispatched to the home on CTH B in the Town of Hewett at around 7:30 p.m.
The structure was completely engulfed in flames by the time crews arrived. The building was a complete loss, as were its contents, which included firewood, an ATV, lawnmower and other items.
The heat also damaged the exterior of the nearby house and garage. The vinyl siding on one side of the house completely melted off.
The crew spent around 2 hours and 15 minutes at the scene.
