The Clark County Health Department is reminding area residents in targeted populations that they can get vaccinated against the H1N1 flu virus at special walk-in clinics.

Pregnant women, children ages 6 months through 4 years, caregivers and family members of infants under 6 months and children and adults with chronic medical conditions are eligible to receive the free vaccine.

It’s available in both injections and nasal mist.

The clinics will be held at the Health Department in Neillsville on Mondays through November 30th from noon to 6 p.m.; and also at the Greenwood High School on Tuesday, November 17th from 12:30 p.m. to 5 p.m.

For more information on similar area clinics, call 2-1-1 or visit www.wisconsinfluclinic.info.
