NORWOOD EMPLOYEE IN COURT

An employee of a Wood County mental health facility is charged with sexually assaulting a patient at the facility. Forty-five-year-old James Garbisch of Marshfield is charged with two counts of second-degree sexual assault. If convicted, Garbisch faces up to 40 years in prison and a $100,000 fine on each of the two counts.Garbisch works at Norwood Health Center in Marshfield where he assists with patient care. The female patient told investigators Garbisch took her into a bathroom and assaulted her last Sunday.
