CHIPPEWA FALLS McDONELL IS CLOVERBELT VOLLEYBALL CHAMPS

Chippewa Falls McDonell is the Cloverbelt Conference Champion in girls volleyball after sweeping Greenwood last night in the first place playoff game. After the Macks took game one 25-16, Greenwood hung tough in the next two, 26-24 and 26-24. Greenwood falls to 14-5 overall while McDonell improves to 32-2. Both teams will have #1 seeds in the upcoming State Volleyball Tournament which starts on Tuesday with Regional Quarterfinals. Greenwood will host Northern Lutheran while McDonell will play host to Alma Center Lincoln.
