RIBBON CUTTING FOR NEW DENTAL CENTER HELD FRIDAY MORNING

A ribbon-cutting ceremony for the new Marshfield Clinic Neillsville Dental Center was held this morning. Speakers included Greg Nycz of the Family Health Center of Marshfield, who served as Master of Ceromonies. Luke Hilgemann who is Chief of Staff for State Representative Scott Suder and State Senator Pat Krietlow were on hand as were several representatives of State Agencies including Secretary of the Department of Health Services Karen Timberlake who talked about how important the efforts of Marshfield Clinic are in the state. Karl Ulrich, the president and chief executive officer of Marshfield Clinic; Scott Polenz, CEO, Memorial Medical Center, Neillsville; Mayor Diane Murphy and others also spoke during the ceremony. Most of the speeches stressed the importance of dental health in our state and how vital the new Neillsville Dental Center is to residents in our area. The new Marshfield Clinic Neillsville Dental Center opened for patient care on Monday, August 10.
