DATA CENTER GROUNDBREAKING PLANNED

There will be a groundbreaking ceremony next week for a new data center in Marshfield.
TEAM Companies, a data center development and management company based in Cedar Falls, Iowa, is building and operating the facility to be located at the intersection of Business Park Avenue and Commerce Drive in the Mill Creek Industrial Park.
Marshfield Clinic and its commercial health care information technology company, Cattails Software, will be the data center’s anchor tenant.
The three-phase building project could total 46,000 square feet when completed. The first phase, to be constructed in about 10 months, will be 16,000 square feet with an anticipated capital investment of $15 million.
