LICENSE FEES GO UP IN LOYAL

It might cost a lot more to sell cigarettes in Loyal after the City Council approved the 1st reading of an ordinance change Tuesday night.
Under the proposal that still must be approved at a meeting in September, the cigarette license fee will increase from $25 to $200.
Kwik Trip is the only establishment in Loyal currently licensed to cell cigarettes.
Liquor license fees will all jump $25 as well.
The Council next meets on September 15th.
