KIND WILL BE CHALLENGED

State Sen. Dan Kapanke will challenge Ron Kind this fall.
Kapanke, a La Crosse Republican, also owns the La Crosse Loggers baseball team.
He says Congress is spending too much money to fix the economy, and it's not working.
Kind hasn't officially announced plans to seek reelection. He's been in Washington since 1996.
