CHAPARRALS LOSE IN 9TH

The Marshfield Chaparrals lost to the Everest Merchants last night in Schofield 10-9 after leading 9-6 going into the bottom of the 9th. Mark Strey took the loss giving up 4 runs in the bottom of the 9th. Scott Scheidler picked up the win for the Merchants. Eric Pritzl was 2 for 5 with a couple of RBI's for the Chaps and Ryan Hiller was 2 for 4 with an RBI. Marshfield drops to 11-7 on the season, they will be at Waupaca on Wednesday.
