CHAPARRALS BEAT PLOVER

The Marshfield Chaparrals picked up their 8th win of the season with a 4-2 victory over the Plover Pterodactyls at Memorial Park in Plover last night. Cody Koback picked up the win going 6 innings, allowing 2 earned runs, 1 hit while striking out 8 and walking 2. Mark Strey was 2 for 3 with a couple of stolen bases and Jake Frombach was 2 for 5 with an RBI. The Chaparrals will host Merrill tonight at Jack Hackman Field.
