COPS: MAN, 75, GUILTY OF ROAD RAGE

A 75-year-old man was arrested for hit and run after a road rage incident Saturday.
Authorities say Andrew Zilla of Independence was arguing with Brandon Kurth, 27, of Whitehall, on a county road outside of Independence.
Zilla allegedly drove his vehicle into Kurth, who was treated and released at a local hospital.
Authorities found Zilla at his home. He now faces hit and run and alcohol related offenses.
