BENDER BACK IN COURT

 A Neillsville man facing child porn charges was back in Clark County Circuit Court this morning.
66-year-old William Bender is facing two counts of child pornography after the Wisconsin Department of Criminal Investigation turned up images on his computer of prepubescent boys and girls engaging in graphic sexual acts.
Bender, who’s free on a $10,000 signature bond, waived his right to a preliminary hearing and pleaded ‘not guilty’ to the Class D felonies.
No future court dates have been set.
