BODY FOUND IN FRONT OF STATE CAPITOL

Police don't suspect foul play after finding a body outside the state Capitol in Madison Tuesday morning.
The death doesn't appear to be suspicious, said Capitol officials.
The body of an African American male in his late 30s was discovered by Capitol Police at around 7 a.m.
No other information has been released.
