THORP GIRLS GOING TO STATE!

Congratulations to Coach Brad Ceranski and the Thorp Cardinal girls softball team who advanced to the Division 4 State Semi-finals with a 4-0 victory over Glidden/Butternut last Thursday.
Thorp (23-5) will now take on unbeaten Rosholt in a State Semi-Final this Friday morning at 11am. These two teams faced off in a Sectional Final last year with Thorp winning 1-0 in 12 innings.
Rosholt is making their 1st trip to State while Thorp is making their 2nd trip having lost to McDonell Central last year in the Division 4 Championship.
Friday’s State Semi-Final can be heard live on 92.7 FM WCCN.
