A Shawano man accused in a fatal bar room brawl will be back in Clark County Court in May.
A judge Tuesday scheduled Tyler Meier’s preliminary hearing for May 12 at 1 p.m.
Meier, who is 36, is charged with Felony Murder – Battery after he punched 43-year-old Keith Young at the Brickyard Bar and Grill on February 1st. Young fell to the floor, apparently hitting his head.
During a preliminary hearing, a judge determines if there is “probable cause” to bind a case over for trial.
Meier remains free on a cash bond.
