-A Tomah man was arrested earlier this week for his 10th OWI.

According to the Wisconsin State Patrol, they received reports of a vehicle with a flat tire on the shoulder of I-94 in Jackson County. When officials located the vehicle, they could smell intoxicants and 53-year-old Jon Miner had glossy eyes and slurred speech. He was taken to the Black River Memorial Hospital for a blood drive. During that time, he was incoherent and kept passing out.

Miner has been charged with 10th OWI and operating a motor vehicle while revoked. He’s scheduled to appear in court on Monday. A $10,000 signature bond was set against him.
