 An area dog is about to become famous.
Winston the Great Dane from Kronenwetter is the first ever Milk-Bone spokesdog. He beat out 99 other dogs in a $100,000 contest.
For the next year Winston will be parading around the country campaigning for Milk-Bone and he’ll also be appearing on the front of his favorite box of treats.
And, there’s even a more local tie to this story. Our very own webmaster, Dan Schiller, and his wife Claire own one of Winston’s sisters from a different litter… Mya.
