MEIER SEEKS NEW JUDGE

 A 36-year-old Shawano man charged with Felony Murder – Battery after a bar fight wants a new judge.
Tyler Meier’s attorney, Harry Hertel, filed the motion for a substitute judge Monday.
That will probably mean delays for a preliminary hearing scheduled for March 10.
Meier allegedly punched 43-year-old Keith Young during a scuffle at the Brickyard Bar and Grill on February 1st. Preliminary autopsy reports indicate Young fell from the punch, and hit his head on the floor.
Traumatic head injuries caused his death.
