DEVELOPMENTS IN JUEDES CASE

New developments in an unsolved homicide near Unity.
Pharmacist and businessman Ken Juedes was shot to death in his bed back in 2006.
Now a civil trial to determine if Juedes’ children from a previous marriage, or his widow, should get $300,000 in life insurance money has been delayed.
The children's attorney is trying to prove that Cindy Shulz-Juedes played a role in her husband's death.
He says investigators have now agreed to release evidence that might be beneficial to the children’s case.
Neither side has seen the new information from police but expect to receive it this week.
