CUMMINS APPLIES FOR PERMIT

The Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources is seeking public comment on Cummins Filtration’s application for an Air Pollution Control Permit for their Neillsville location.
It is just a procedural step.
The DNR has analyzed the set-up and determined it should meet applicable criteria for approval.
Still, the public can comment through March 27.
