TREASURER'S VISIT A SUCCESS

Thanks to everyone who came out to Russell’s of Neillsville this afternoon as Central Wisconsin Broadcasting teamed up with Russell’s, Memorial Medical Center and the State Treasurer’s office for a special event.
Over 120 people met with State Treasurer Dawn Marie Sass to see if they had unclaimed property. Over 20 people found something for themselves; dozens more found relatives who are owed property.
"We had a lot of people come in and search. A lot of people found relatives. One woman, I think everyone of her relatives had something," Sass said.
We signed up around 80 people for the state’s No-Call List and Memorial Medical Center conducted dozens of free blood pressure screenings.
