LOYAL/GRANTON CO-OP NO SURE THING

 It appears a Loyal/Granton football partnership is no longer a sure thing.
At a meeting last month, the Loyal School Board voted 5-2 to extend the co-op for 2-years.
The discussion was heated as some Loyal parents expressed their concern that the partnership bumped them up two divisions during playoff time.
A petition, signed by around 60 Loyal parents and students, has been submitted to the district requesting the board rethink the co-op agreement.
The Loyal board meets Wednesday night. Possible action to rescind the cooperative agreement is listed as an agenda item.
