ANOTHER STEP FOR AGRIBUSINESS PARK

Plans for an agribusiness park near Owen continues to move forward.
The committee overseeing the Clark County Health Care Center met Monday and voted 3-2 to sell 140 acres to the City of Owen for the project. They still must hammer out covenants for the land.
The committee agreed on a sales price of $3,860, which will bring the total price tag to around $500,000.
The County Board must approve the sale. They’ll meet on Tuesday, February 24.
