JUDGE TO RULE ON BRABAZON MOTION

Also in Marathon County today, a judge could rule on a motion in the Lisa Brabazon case.
She’s the ex-girlfriend of Rep Scott Suder (R-Abbotsford). She faces over one dozen felony forgery charges and four misdemeanors for using Suder’s checks and credit cards without his permission.
In November, her attorney filed a motion requesting jurors be told she volunteered to take a polygraph test.
She’s maintained Suder said she could use the checks and credit cards when he was in Madison.
Brabazon’s attorney, William Mansell (man-SELL), says his client volunteered to take a lie-detector test. While results of these tests aren’t permissible during trial, the fact that Brabazon volunteered to take the test without prompting from her legal counsel may be allowed.
