CHIMNEY FIRE FOUGHT

The Neillsville Fire Department was called to the scene of a chimney fire Monday night.
Fire Chief Matt Meyer says they were called out at around 9:16 p.m. The fire was located at a residence on River Avenue in the Town of Pine Valley.
They spent about 40 minutes on the scene.
There was no structural damage and minimal smoke damage.
