BIG MACHINERY WILL CONGREGATE IN MARSHFIELD

If you have, or know, kids… especially boys… you might want to plan a trip to Marshfield this weekend.
The Kiwanis Enormous Equipment Playground is the brainchild of Donna Martin of Sternweis and Sons.
"I got this idea when I was watching a great nephew watching Bob the Builder and just (seeing) how mesmerized these children by this equipment. I figured we could do this, we could get this organized," Martin says.
What is KEEP? It's big machinery of all kinds gathering at one place—Marshfield Fairgrounds Park—this Saturday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
"We're going to have an off-road dump truck, an armored vehicle, some tractors, a fire truck, snow plow, grader, backhoes, excavators, milk trucks, semis, the army's bringing, they said, a wrecker like you've never seen before," Martin lists.
There will be demonstrations, food and beverages and other events throughout the day. All the proceeds will go to children’s charities.
