Some people don’t learn. 26-year-old Eleazar Herrada of Abbotsford, already convicted of drunken driving six times, was picked up again this week.

Officers say he had a BAC of .19 when he was stopped on Highway 29 on Saturday.

The criminal complaint says an officer had to catch him from falling after he got out of his car.

Herrada faces more than 20 years in jail if he's convicted again. He's scheduled to appear in court next month.
