SEX OFFENDER TO LOCATE SOUTHWEST OF NEILLSVILLE

A registered sex-offender is moving to rural Clark County.
The Clark County Sheriff's Department reports 40-year-old Troy Arp has been released from prison and will reside at W8028 Two Mile Road. That is a few miles southwest of Neillsville in the town of Hewett.
According to a press release, Arp's criminal history places him in a classification level which reflects the potential to re-offend.
Arp served a prison sentence for Burglary during which Mr. Arp attempted to sexually assault an adult female stranger while armed with a knife. Other conviction behaviors include sexual assault of a prepubescent female non-relative acquaintance.
