-A Black River Falls woman was arrested for her 6th OWI on Saturday.

According to the Wisconsin State Patrol, around 7:45pm on Saturday, a State Patrol Troop and Jackson County Sheriff’s Deputies responded to a call of a vehicle in the parking lot of the Ho-Chunk Casino in Black River Falls smashing into other vehicles. When they arrived they made contact with the suspect, 50-year-old Tari Pettibone. She failed a sobriety test and it was determined she was operating a vehicle under the influence of drugs and there was a 3-year-old child in the vehicle.

Pettibone was taken to the Jackson County Jail and she’s been charged with operating under the influence of an illegal narcotic, 6th offense, with a child under the age of 16 in the vehicle.
