MAN SENTENCED FOR PUSHING TEEN

A 22-year-old Marshfield man has been sentenced to 90 days in jail for knocking down a 13-year-old boy who allegedly criticized his driving.
Prosecutors say a group of boys were standing outside a school in December when Chad D. Wozniak drove by.
The boys told police they yelled at Wozniak to slow down, and he got out and scuffled with the 13-year-old. The kids say Wozniak swore at the boy, knocked him down with a punch and pushed him around.
According to the criminal complaint, Wozniak says the boys were throwing snowballs at his car. He says he grabbed one boy by the coat, and the boy fell and possibly hit his head.
The complaint says the boy had a lump on his head.
