The Taylor County coroner says a death certificate for Terrance Boushon could be filed by the end of this week.

It's been nearly two years since the skeletal remains of Terrance Boushon were recovered in rural Taylor County, but little is known about what happened to the Owen man, who was last seen in Withee back in May of 2005.

We called the Register of Deeds office last week, and they confirmed no death certificate was on record.

Monday morning, coroner Scott Perrin told Central Wisconsin Broadcasting News he plans to file the document soon—perhaps by the end of the week.

He says he has information from the autopsy that was performed in Madison, but isn't releasing it as the investigation is ongoing.

Taylor County Sheriff Bruce Daniels says the cause of Boushon's death is still undetermined, but he believes someone knows what happened.
