MESHAK PLEADS GUILTY

A Marshfield travel agent has pleaded guilty in federal court to defrauding her customers.
The U.S. Attorney's office says 47-year-old Marcia Meshak ran the Travel Pro travel agency in Marshfield.
Last summer she collected more than $220,000 from her customers for hotel, airline and vacation reservations. She never made the arrangements, instead keeping the money to run her business.
She faces up to 30 years in prison when she's sentenced Aug.28.
