ONE DEAD IN TREMP. CO. CRASH

There was a fatal one-car accident in Trempealeau County last night. According to a press release, 46-year-old Deborah Van Meter of Arcadia was killed when the truck she was driving drove onto the shoulder. The vehicle came back onto road and rolled over crossing both lanes of traffic. She was transported by ambulance to Tri-County Hospital in Whitehall, where she was pronounced dead. Indepedence First Responders and Fire Department responded. The accident remains under investigation.
