A new business for Neillsville's Industrial Park?
The city's Economic Development Commission has had several meetings on that topic in past weeks, and actually met jointly with the City Council last Friday.
The discussions have taken place in closed session for "competitive or bargaining" reasons, with no open session action taken.
However, minutes from the last meeting indicate Steven Donovan, and two other gentlemen, joined the council.
Donovan was a manager at the Nelson Muffler plant when it closed a few years ago.
City officials are still not saying what the new business could be, although there's speculation it could involve welding and fabricating.
