MAN DIES IN TRAILER FIRE

A man working with another person to tear down a trailer house today was killed when he became trapped when it collapsed and then burned.
The Chippewa County Sheriff's Office says the 24-year-old resident of Cadott died at the scene in the town of Arthur.
After the man became trapped, the other person went to a nearby residence to call for help, but debris apparently fell into a fire that was burning nearby and the trailer caught fire.
Firefighters arrived about 6 p.m., and the victim later was removed from the debris and pronounced dead.
The victim's name was not immediately released.
