KOHL BACK IN COURT

After months on the run, a Granton man has a new court date on sexual assault charges.
58-year-old Stephen Kohl fled before his jury trial in June on charges he sexually assaulted two 8-year-old girls.
He was finally apprehended late last month at a rural property near Lindsey.
Kohl was back in Clark County Circuit Court on Wednesday for a status conference.
Judge Jon Counsell rescheduled the jury trial for January 15th.
Kohl remains incarcerated on a $1.5-million cash bond, believed to be one of the largest in Clark County history.
