CLARK COUNTY FAIR CLOSES

Another edition of the Clark County Fair is in the books. The 2006 Clark County Fair will likely go down as having some of the best weather for a Fair ever.
We had plenty of fun and excitement in the WCCN Radio tent.
On Sunday Krista Opelt was crowned the winner in Women’s Woodsawing. She sawed through a 2 X 4 in only 11.66-seconds; John Brost of Chili won the Men’s Nail Driving contest in a time of 16:76 and Shaun Wehrman of Colby won the Brain Warp championship with a score of 32 on the eye-hand-coordination contest.
Also yesterday, Bob Barth of the Neillsville was named the 2nd inductee into the Men’s Nail Driving Hall of Fame, he joins Fox Weyer.
