STUDY FINDS THE BEST PLACE TO WORK IS IN WISCONSIN

If you’re looking for the best place to work in America, look no farther than the Badger State.
The Great Place to Work Institute released its study of the best small companies to work for yesterday in Virginia.
According to their criteria, Badger Mining Corp. located about 20 miles west of Oshkosh, tops the list.
The company sells silica sand used in foundries and in oil drilling. The report says employees sit on committees and help make decisions, the company spends 10 percent of its budget on training and gives average bonuses of $11,000 a year to hourly workers.
