-A Medford woman is facing criminal charges after she left her pets behind when she moved to her new home.

29-year-old Callie Neuman left a dog and two cats behind because she couldn’t bring the animals to her new house.

An officer discovered the animals after a neighbor call the police saying he could hear a dog continuing to bark at the home. Officers said there was feces, urine and garbage all over the house.

The animals were taken to a humane society and deemed to be healthy overall.

If Neuman is charged and convicted she could face two years in prison.
