-A missing duck hunter found dead in Price County was from Clark County.

According to authorities, 28-year-old Nicholas Stuttgen of Colby was reported as a missing boater around 3pm on Saturday. His body was recovered from Cranberry Lake in Price County around 7:30am on Sunday.

According to the sheriff’s department, high winds and rough water caused the boat to tip over on Saturday with Stuttgen and three others thrown into the lake. The other two men had life jackets on and were rescued by a man who noticed a disturbance on the lake. Stuttgen was not wearing a life jacket when his body was recovered. The cold temperatures of the lake water may have played a part in Stuttgen's death as well.

Cranberry Lake is located southeast of Phillips in the Township of Hackett.

The incident is still under investigation.
